An elegant little hotel smack dab in the middle of everything. Breakfast was exceptional-perfect fresh hot croissants to the full array of anything you’d want. Very pleasant responsive staff. Galleries, churches, museums and great restaurants all within walking distance … (Extraordinary exhibitions 10 minutes away, and a fantastic high tech food court building around the corner in the middle of the market.)

The hotel was really close to the main station, only 5 minutes walk which was perfect for our stay as we were coming from Rome. It was then only an additional 6minutes to the Duomo! Everything was walkable and there is so much to look at along the way, picturesque side streets, wine windows etc. the 24h reception was really useful and we really enjoyed having breakfast included. It can add up when you are buying breakfast every morning (we did this in Rome). There was a great selection that catered to every type of breakfast choice and all buffet style. The room was beautiful and they even upgraded us as we were celebrating a big birthday and wedding anniversary! The hotel in general was beautifully decorated and perfect for a picturesque weekend away in Florence. Thank you Atlantic Palace, we will definitely stay again!

The hotel is fabulous and close to literally everything. The location is perfect, close to the train station and the city's major tourist attractions. The rooms are nice and have everything except shampoo. The staff are friendly. And they allow you to store your bags before and even after check-in, so you can enjoy Florence even more. I really liked it

We spent our first wedding anniversary here, such an absolute gem in Florence. On arrival we received an upgrade and bubbles. Very friendly helpful staff. Central location, great transport links and fantastic views from the roof terrace bar at the sister hotel next door

Great value for money, room was a bit hard to get to with it not being able to be reached via elevator. My room was way better than I anticipated with a massive bathroom and a balcony. Reception was grand as well.

Great Location - We wished to stay at non-westernized hotels.. we had room with excellent view (looked like a picture!!) and a patio to sit outside, clean!! super convenient location - by market place, train station - walking distance to everything!! The staff was more than friendly and helpful - We stayed in five different hotels 15 days (three Italy and two in Austria!) this by far our favorite!!
